Reading Community Consulting and Accounting Service

We are a group of volunteers collaborating with ACRE, along with other experts, on community capacity-building and fundraising proposals. Based on the needs identified through our community development work with young people, men, and new migrant communities, we agreed that establishing a social enterprise to promote our vision and mission was essential for creating a positive impact in the community and broader society.

RCCAS utilize Reading’s multicultural ecosystem to create impactful, grassroots-driven initiatives. Below are some of the strategies we designed to empower minority youth and communities while addressing systemic gaps:

Financial Futures & Mentorship Program
The Financial Futures & Mentorship Program is a structured initiative designed to empower minority youth in Reading through financial literacy, career readiness, and leadership development.

Realize Youth Engagement Project (RYEP)
RYEP youth development project combines skills-based training and research into local youth services provision in Reading and surrounding areas. This project was built on a pilot by RCCAS in the spring of 2023.

Skills for Life Peer-to-Peer Support Network
The “Skills for Life” Peer-to-Peer Support Network aims to combat mental health challenges and social isolation among minority youth by fostering a relatable, culturally sensitive support system.
